How do I get to the festival?
Donington Park, home to Download since its first edition back in 2003, is famed for its famous race track which hosts a number of international motorcycle racing events.
Donington Park is pretty much attached to the west side of East Midlands Airport.
FROM THE AIRPORT: It's a walkable distance, though a taxi would be quicker.
BY TRAIN: Regular festival shuttle buses run from East Midlands Parkway, Derby, Nottingham and Loughborough.

Is there an age restriction?
Children under 5 years old (ages 0-4 years) are allowed at Download Festival for free, and do not require a child ticket, but must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
5-12 year olds must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult and each child will require a Child Ticket.
13-15 year olds must purchase an adult ticket and also be accompanied by a parent / guardian over 18.
Download Festival will contain acts unsuitable for children.
Parents may be asked to provide ID with proof of age if the child appears to be over 12 but holding a Child Ticket.
Those aged 16 or over can attend alone.
